Our Process

Introduction in person over coffee in Den Haag or via video chat.
Discuss what aspects of your special day you would like us to take care of and arrange for you, dream big! Everything is possible!
If you have a Pinterest board or photos of your desired wedding style please send this to us at dietra@wildflowersimplicity.com or have it available to share.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a customized vision board for the elements of your wedding that we will be handling as well as a quote for your overall wedding.
Upon agreement, we will get to work preparing for your big day!

We will create a timeline for your wedding day.
We will carefully select the best suppliers and options for your wedding, taking attention to every detail you entrust to us and finding sustainable solutions where we can.
During this phase we will stay in contact with you, updating you on any important matters.
We are available to serve as the main point of contact between you and your suppliers leading up to your wedding day to take the stress off of you.

If desired, we are available to be on site serving as your master of ceremonies or to be the direct point of contact for any guests, suppliers or logistics to make the day run seamlessly.
