Our Process

In person over coffee in The Hague or via phone
Explanation of your wishes, theme, & helping you dream
Discuss your event details & which aspects of you would like us to take care of and arrange for you, everything is possible!

Once we have made an agreement, we will get to work creating an outline for your event day.
We will carefully select the best suppliers for you, taking attention to every detail you entrust to us and finding sustainable solutions where we can.
During this phase we will stay in contact with you, updating you on any important matters.
We will are available to serve as the main point of contact between you and your supplies leading up to your event to take the stress off of you.
In large events, we will create a custom visual board with each vital component of your event.

If desired, we are available to be on site serving as the direct point of contact for any guests, suppliers or logistics to make the day run seamlessly.
